Delivery time & shipping


When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time of your order is between 7 and 8 days. We do everything we can to deliver your order at the agreed time, but we cannot always guarantee this due to busy periods.


Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order after 00:00 via the website of the relevant carrier.


How much shipping costs do I have to pay?
Shipping costs for sold and shipped products are always xx per order. Returning products costs xx.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once you have placed it. Therefore, always check your details and products carefully before ordering.

What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during transport or production. We would like to clarify this with you. Send a message to info@inicon.nl with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
